Are books covered?
We have $400.00 for book reimbursement per semester.
Can I receive book reimbursement even if I don't qualify for tuition assistance?
YES! We have $400.00 for book reimbursement per semester, even if you do not qualify for other tuition assistance.
Are room and board part of the scholarship assistance?
At present, room & board is not available. We are looking into ways to make it a possibility.
If I go back to school and get a GED certificate. Am I qualified for the Pontiac Promise Zone?
YES! We have up to $8,000 per year in financial assistance and we also have $400.00 for book reimbursement per semester. To qualify, you must receive your GED certificate from a Pontiac School District school. See above listing.
